Toboggan is a hybrid object combining a stool and a side table. It doesn't fit into any existing typology as it responds to emerging needs brought about by mobile technology, most notably tablets like the iPad - yet it looks strangely familiar.

The shape and scale allows people to shift 360 degrees in the seat, with the curved back serving as backrest, armrest or impromptu tablet work surface. It is light-weight and easy to move around the office for casual get-together.
